It is the responsibility of individual members to ensure their duties are performed. If you are unable to perform your duty, it is your responsibility to exchange your duty with another member. If you need to swap a duty then there is an information folder at the club with members names, contact numbers, addresses & emails. As a last resort contact Dan Burke (01297 442800) but he will not contact other members on your behalf
OODs requiring advice or clarification should refer to Tim Parsons (Sailing Secretary - Racing). Other duty personnel should refer to their OOD or for RIBs and radios Chris Joyner.
Generally two duties have been allocated unless otherwise agreed. Members not carrying out their earlier duties will also be considered for the November / December period.

View and print either the WEB version (110kb) or the RTF formatted version (355kb) of the Notes and the 60x60 Chart
